Well another win and another 3 points - although the wind at Jericho did do its best to prevent us from playing good football. Nevertheless, with the wind behind us we totally dominated the 1st half with Caths struggling to keep hold of the ball i'm sure i saw Paul Watters at the burger van on Jericho Lane at leat twice instead of standing in goal! We took a 1nil lead through Nigel although to be fair - it could and possibly should have been 5/6 if our good passing was followed up with the same ruthfulness infront of goal. We expected a role reversal in the 2nd half - but credit to the back 4 and constant running of the midfield Paul W had little to do as we kept the ball grounded and intelligently. Mick finally finished the game off with 10mins to go although admittedly it should have been double figures by then!
